Some Common Questions

  • Allergens & Ingredients

    We make all of our gifts from bought products. Allergen information is quoted on each product description but please note these are often made in the same premises with other allergens that they may not contain.

  • Products

    The chocolates and sweets we use in our products come from a variety of sources – some are full standard bars and some multipack bars are used. 

    Boxes and bouquets may differ from pictures shown depending on the availability of the chocolate bars. 


  • Order correspondence

    All orders when placed will receive an email order conformation stating that preparation is in progress for your order. The order will then be handmade as per the request on your order. Once the order has been made you will receive an email informing you when your order was despatched. Your order confirmation and parcel dispatch conformation will come in the form of emails from ourselves to the email address you enter on your order. 

  • Receipts

    No invoices, receipts and pricing information are sent out with your purchase, as the majority of orders are for gifts. 

  • Order Collection

    We are based in Irlam, Manchester (M44). Collection of your order from our premises can be accommodated subject to availability. All orders collected from the premises do not incur a delivery charge. Once the order is ready you will receive an email advising to contact us to arrange a suitable collection time.

  • Hot Air Balloons

    Sadly, due to the delicate nature of these balloons they cannot be sent with a courier, they must either be collected or we can personally delivery to our local area. Areas we deliver to include Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. 

  • Special Requests

    The products shown on the website are our standard range, but we can cater for special requests you may have, whether it be chocolate type or colour choice. Please message us and we would be happy to discuss your individual requirements.

  • Delivery information

    Delivery times take into account the making of your order and the time taken for shipping by our couriers. Our lead time is currently 7 days. However, all of our products are hand made to order so during busy times such as Christmas, Valentine’s etc. order deliveries may be subject to longer delivery times. As we use couriers, we are also reliant on their being no delays. 



    Each item on the website has its own delivery cost and this will be added to the final cost or your order. Prices quoted for delivery are based on UK delivery only. Worldwide shipping is available but POA. Delivery prices quoted also do not guarantee a specific delivery date – this can be arranged but would be an extra charge.  


  • Refunds

    We can offer a full refund on an order if your parcel has not yet been dispatched. 


    Refunds due to deliveries will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis after discussion with our carriers. Please note items sent by Royal Mail are only classed as lost after 10 working days from date of despatch. 

    If a refund is requested for other reasons such as change of mind, later delivery etc. this will only be given once an item is returned to us. a refund must be requested within 14 days and then the item returned within 14 days.


  • Next day delivery

    This can be arranged POA, please contact us for prices but are subject to availability.
